Steps to resolve

If MFT Gateway fails to reach the configured webhook endpoint for an AS2 station or an SFTP partner due to an unexpected error, you can view the related webhook error logs for a specific AS2/SFTP message directly from the message view by clicking the Webhook Error Logs button. Alternatively, it is advisable to check the logs on the webhook server side to further investigate the cause.

Once the issue is identified and resolved, you can manually retrigger the failed webhook invocation or enable automatic retries from the webhook advanced configuration options.
