Preparation for Subscription

When you sign up for an account on the MFT Gateway, you are automatically provided a one-month free trial. You can use the trial to configure your AS2 Station, and setup Partners, and then to test out connectivity both ways from/to Partners. Once you are ready to move to production use, you may subscribe to a paid plan as described at www.mftgateway.com/pricing

Please note the limitations of your selected plan, such as the message sizes etc

Subscribing to the MFT Gateway

If you are using EDI Generator along with MFT Gateway, you must subscribe for an EDI Generator package by logging into your EDI Generator account.

Once you have an EDI Generator subscription, your MFT Gateway account is provided as a complimentary service and hence a separate MFT Gateway subscription is not required.

Click ‘Organizational Profile’ from the top right corner menu, and navigate to the ‘Subscription’ pane from the accordion view.

Next select the package from the ‘Starter’, ‘Business’ or ‘Enterprise’ categories.

First make sure the switch at the top reflects your payment preference, either to ‘Pay Monthly’ or to ‘Pay Quarterly/Annually’. Review the key aspects of the subscription plan, and referencing the Pricing Page for full details. Click the ‘Buy Now’ button and then ‘Paddle’ as the Payment method.

First provide your email address as shown above, and then your country.

Next make sure to select your billing country, and if requested the state and/or Zip code. Paddle is our payment processor, and charges Sales Tax - if your purchase requires such payment. Note that Paddle determines Sales tax based primarily on your billing address, VAT or Tax number (if applicable), and your type of purchase - B2B or B2C. Since the MFT Gateway service is a B2B (Business to Business) service - unlike a Business to Consumer (B2C) service, Sales tax does not apply for most purchases. You can see the list of countries / jurisdictions and the applicable tax rates for purchase types.

Incomplete or incorrect information may incur Sales Tax

Paddle allows you to pay by credit card or PayPal. Select tour payment method from the next screen, and make sure to:

• Specify your VAT or Tax number if the option is displayed
• Add any coupon, if you have one

Complete your billing address and VAT or Tax number.

Finally, provide your credit card details, and click ‘Subscribe Now’.
