Resetting a forgotten password
In case you have forgotten your password (of Aayu Accounts, MFT Gateway or EDI Generator), you can set a new password with the following steps.
- Navigate to the Forgot Password page by clicking the Forgot your password link (1) on the login page.
- Then enter your login email address and click the Send Reset Code button. If an account already exists with the given email, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to that email address.
- Copy the verification code from the email and enter it in the Reset Password page of Aayu Accounts. (If the email field is not auto-populated, please specify your login email as well.)
- Enter the new password for your account and confirm the same.
- Finally, click the Reset Password button to set the new password for your account.
Please note that the password must be between 8 and 64 characters in length, and contain at least one,
- lowercase letter
- uppercase letter
- number
- and a special character (allowed special characters are
+ - $ * ! @ # % & _ ~)
