Queued Messages View
The Queued Messages view displays all messages that are currently waiting to be sent to trading partners. These messages remain in the queue until they are successfully processed and transmitted. This view allows users to monitor pending messages and manage them if any issues occur.
Understanding the Queued Messages Table

- Recipient - The name of the trading partner who will receive the queued message.
- Subject - The subject specified when the message was created or predefined from Manage Partner view.
- Queued At - The timestamp indicating when the message was added to the sending queue. Messages are sorted by the most recent timestamp.
The below will be available if there’s a retryable failure when sending the message.

Failure Reason - A brief message indicating the failure reason.
State - Current state of the message. (Queued, Auto Retry, Manual Retry, Finished)
Auto Retry Count - No. of attempts used so far to resend the failed message with auto retry.
Next retry - The timestamp of the next retry attempt if the message is in “Auto-Retry” state.
Single Message Actions
Each queued message entry provides actions that allow you to manage the message individually.

Download Attachments
Downloads all attachments associated with the message as a zip file.
Copy ID
Copies the AS2 message ID to the clipboard.
By clicking the more options menu (⋮) you can access additional actions.

Delete
Permanently removes the queued message entry along with the transport headers and the raw message.
View Error Logs
Opens the error logs related to the queued message, allowing you to review details about any issues that occurred during processing.
Stop Auto Retry
Halts any scheduled retry attempts for the message, ensuring it will no longer be automatically retried. You can still choose to retry the message manually if needed.
Force Retry
If the message remains in the queued state for more than 15 minutes, this option is enabled, allowing you to force a retry of the message.
Actions for Selected Message(s)

Refresh (1)
Refreshes the queued messages table to retrieve the latest queue status.
When one or more messages are selected using the checkboxes, the rest of the action toolbar becomes active, allowing batch operations on the selected messages.
Delete Selected (2)
Permanently removes all selected messages from the queue.
Export Details (3)
Exports the details of the selected queued messages in CSV format.
Search and Filters
Search Field
Search queued messages by AS2 message identifier, message subject, or attachment names. Select the search parameter from the dropdown next to the search field.

Filters (by identifiers)
You can filter queued messages by partner identifier and/or station identifier.

Filter by Timestamp
Filter queued messages based on the timestamp.
