MFT Gateway EDI Generator Invocation Failures

This failure indicates that MFT Gateway was unable to hand over the message to EDI Generator. This can occur in rare cases due to a temporary network issue between the MFT Gateway and EDI Generator systems.

Steps to resolve

Locate the AS2 message in your MFT Gateway inbox message list by searching with the relevant AS2 Identifier. Then select the “Redeliver to EDI Generator” option from the message action menu to re-trigger EDI Generator manually.
