Failed Messages View
The Failed Messages view displays all messages that could not be successfully sent to trading partners. This view allows users to review the failure details.
Understanding the Failed Messages Table

- Recipient - The name of the trading partner who was intended to receive the message.
- Message Identifier - Unique identifier for a specific message.
- Failure Reason - A short description indicating the reason why the message failed to send.
- Failed At - The timestamp indicating when the failure occurred. Messages are sorted by the most recent timestamp.
Single Message Actions
Each failed message entry provides actions that allow you to manage the message individually.

Download Attachment zip
Downloads all attachments associated with the failed message as a zip file.
Delete
Permanently removes the failed message entry along with the related attachment(s).
Copy ID
Copies the message ID to the clipboard.
By clicking the more options menu (⋮) you can access additional actions. (This will only be visible if you have enabled the webhook integration for the specific partner or all partners. Copy ID option will also be inside more options menu)

Redeliver Webhook Notification
Retriggers the webhook notification for the selected message. Message will be sent to the webhook endpoint configured in the webhook integration menu.
Actions for Selected Message(s)

Refresh (1)
Refreshes the failed messages table to retrieve the latest failure statuses.
When one or more messages are selected using the checkboxes, the rest of the action toolbar becomes active, allowing batch operations on the selected messages.
Redeliver Selected to Webhook Endpoint (2)
Retriggers the webhook notification for the selected messages. Messages will be sent to the webhook endpoint configured in the webhook integration menu.
Delete Selected (3)
Permanently removes all selected messages and the related attachment(s).
Export Details (4)
Exports the details of the selected failed messages in CSV format.
Search and Filters
Search Field
Search failed messages by message identifier, attachment names, or failure reason. Select the search parameter from the dropdown next to the search field.

Filters (by identifiers)
You can filter failed messages by partner identifier.

Filter by Timestamp
Filter failed messages based on the timestamp.
