QA Engineer

Aayu Technologies is a US company with its technology offices located in Sri Lanka. We are looking for QA Engineers, and to work on a full-time basis.

Aayu Technologies loves engineers with a passion to live and work in Sri Lanka. Our office is located in Mount Lavinia.

Responsibilities

Review requirement specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using a variety of tools
Identify, record, document and track bugs thoroughly
Perform thorough regression testing to verify fixes
Ability to work on multiple projects and work within deadlines as an individual and as a team

Requirements

BSc degree in Computer Science and Engineering or a related discipline
At least 1 year of working experience in the relevant field
Strong knowledge in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in test automation and/or security testing is a plus
Knowledge in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an added advantage

USD based Salaries

Your initial salary will be pegged to the US Dollar. After confirmation of service, you can opt to receive a portion of it directly as US Dollars, into your own USD foreign currency account.
