We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel digital campaigns tailored to the B2B sector. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, GA4, email marketing, and social media content strategy, with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to drive brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeting key B2B markets to build brand visibility and drive qualified leads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Configure and manage conversion tracking and event measurement using Google Tag Manager (GTM) across websites and digital platforms.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct SEO activities including keyword analysis, content optimization, and competitor research using tools such as SEMRush.
  • Optimize website content and structure to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp to nurture leads and engage prospects.
  • Manage and create social media content, focusing on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Deliver regular, clear, and actionable performance reports to the management, backed by data insights.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, ideally within IT services, SaaS, or B2B environments.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • SEMRush, email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp)
    • SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Ads, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.
