Aayu Technologies is a US company with its technology offices located in Sri Lanka. We are looking for fresh graduates to be trained as Full Stack Engineers, and to work on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate has just completed a bachelors degree in Computer Science or an equivalent, which includes an internship of 4 to 6 months. They should be good in either NodeJS or Java, and be aware of front-end technologies and frameworks such as Angular. Exposure to Cloud based technologies, serverless function based application development etc would be a definite plus.

Responsibilities

  • Software development in an agile environment
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and deployments
  • Direct customer interaction for requirements gathering, evaluation/proofs-of-concept and technical issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience with an internship
  • Good knowledge and experience with Java and NodeJS development
  • Some experience in working with NoSQL or SQL (RDBMS) databases such as DynamoDB, Firebase, Postgres
  • Experience in Front-End technologies such as Angular, and Back-End technologies such as NodeJS, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate is definite plus
  • Prior experience with AWS / Google Firebase / Azure services and build automation will be an added advantage

USD based Salaries

Your initial salary will be pegged to the US Dollar. After confirmation of service, you can opt to receive a portion of it directly as US Dollars, into your own USD foreign currency account.
